Pam Quick joined TempStaff in 2013 and serves as a Senior Recruiter specializing in clerical and administrative positions while also filling light industrial roles. She enjoys getting to know candidates, understanding their talents and goals, and connecting them with fulfilling employment opportunities. By building strong relationships with clients, Pam helps meet their staffing needs through thoughtful, successful matches. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Melinda has received her certification as a Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association.

Kelly Pomeroy

Kelly Pomeroy serves as a Recruiter at TempStaff, connecting talented candidates with client companies across Mississippi and building strong relationships to support successful placements. Her previous experience as a massage therapist at a luxury hotel spa brings a service-focused perspective to her work. Outside of TempStaff, Kelly volunteers with Humble Enterprises, which organizes Comic Cons throughout the Southeast. Inspired by her family, she enjoys crocheting and watching movies with her loved ones.

Tim Moak

Tim Moak, with over 15 years of experience in business development, recruiting, and team building, serves as the Vice President of Operations at TempStaff. He has a background in Business Development and Student Recruitment for top tier universities. Tim believes in the power of teamwork and creating a positive work environment, leading a dedicated team. He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Music from Mississippi College.With his diverse skill set as an experienced leader, manager, salesman, presenter, musician, and educator, Tim brings valuable assets to his role at TempStaff. He is skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Sales, Donors, Volunteer Management, and Fundraising. Tim Moak actively participates in community groups such as the Capital Area Human Resources Association and the Society of Human Resource Management. In his free time, he serves in his church’s music ministry and enjoys exploring new restaurants with his wife, Mary.Tim Moak’s passion lies in helping people reach their full potential, believing in the transformative power of unlocking someone’s potential. He is an integral part of the TempStaff team, contributing with his extensive experience and dedication to the community. Outside of work, Tim finds joy and fulfillment through his unique talent for playing the piano. Ford Maddux

Ford Maddux joined TempStaff in 2019 as an On-site Supervisor at a large manufacturing plant and now serves as a Recruiter, building strong relationships with candidates and clients to make successful employment matches. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Mississippi, where he was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Ford enjoys helping others achieve their goals by connecting their skills and interests with the right opportunities. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking barbecue, attending live music events, supporting local artists, and reading.

Connie Hutto

Connie Hutto joined TempStaff in 2017 and now serves as Director of Recruiting, drawing on her extensive Human Resources background to guide recruiting efforts and connect candidates with employment opportunities. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, concerts, hiking, and spending time with family, including her son and grandchildren in Georgia.
