She holds positions on the boards of organizations such as the Mississippi Business Finance Corporation and BankPlus “The Source” Advisory Committee. Her commitment to giving back has garnered her recognition, including being honored as one of the 50 Leading Business Women in Mississippi, Top 50 CEOs, and Top Entrepreneurs in Mississippi.
Carolyn particularly enjoys networking and receiving positive feedback about TempStaff’s staff, which she considers the highlight of her job. When she is not working or volunteering, Carolyn relishes spending time with her grandchildren at soccer games and dance competitions. Sidney Paul Boteler, her husband, and her two daughters, Jamie Higdon and Bethany Sabins, complete her happy family.

Jamie’s journey in the staffing industry began at a young age as she watched her mother manage TempStaff. This exposure instilled in her a deep understanding of the industry and a natural talent for connecting the right people with the right opportunities. As a college student, Jamie further honed her skills by working as an accounting intern.
With a strong educational background, Jamie holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Administration from Mississippi College. Her education has provided her with a solid foundation in business principles and strategic planning, which she now applies to her role as President of TempStaff.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Jamie actively involves herself in the community. She served as President of the Rankin County Chamber and has been recognized for her community involvement. The Mississippi Business Journal recognized her as a Top 10 Finalist for the 50 Leading Business Women in Mississippi and Top 50 Under 40. She is also a 2023 American Heart Association Woman of Impact and was named the 2021 Make-A-Wish Mississippi W.I.S.H. Society Woman of the Year.

In her spare time, Raven enjoys immersing herself in the world of literature and cherishing moments with her family.
