TempStaff was founded in 1981 right here in Mississippi – the state we’ve always called home. To this day, we’re committed to upholding the legacy of excellence that began many decades ago.
Since our company’s inception, Carolyn Boteler has played an integral role in TempStaff’s success. After working in many areas of the company, Carolyn became President and CEO in 1991 – her commitment to exceptional customer service and giving back to the community has led to numerous awards and recognitions on a personal and corporate level since that time. Today, Carolyn is still actively involved in leading TempStaff into the future.
Technology, culture, and new generations have drastically changed the employment landscape from what it was in 1981. Having grown up in the industry, Jamie Boteler Higdon shares the same commitment to outstanding customer service and a dedication to philanthropic endeavors as her mother. As a second-generation owner and President of TempStaff, she remains committed to carrying on a legacy that now spans more than four decades.
