Tim Moak, with over 15 years of experience in business development, recruiting, and team building, serves as the Vice President of Operations at TempStaff. He has a background in Business Development and Student Recruitment for top tier universities. Tim believes in the power of teamwork and creating a positive work environment, leading a dedicated team. He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Music from Mississippi College.

With his diverse skill set as an experienced leader, manager, salesman, presenter, musician, and educator, Tim brings valuable assets to his role at TempStaff. He is skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Sales, Donors, Volunteer Management, and Fundraising. Tim Moak actively participates in community groups such as the Capital Area Human Resources Association and the Society of Human Resource Management. In his free time, he serves in his church’s music ministry and enjoys exploring new restaurants with his wife, Mary.
