Scott Higdon is a highly experienced IT Manager and Risk and Safety professional who joined TempStaff in 2020. With a career spanning over 25 years in various technology departments for the State of Mississippi, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in technology and database management to his role. Moreover, Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mississippi College and a master’s degree in Leadership from Belhaven University. Additionally, he has obtained his OSHA 10 Hour Certification, demonstrating his commitment to ensuring a safe and secure work environment.

Furthermore, Scott is a 2021 Leadership Rankin Graduate, showcasing his dedication to personal and professional growth. His motivation and inspiration come from his wife and daughters, who he considers to be the three greatest people in his life. Consequently, Scott strives to be the best version of himself to support and meet the needs of his family.

Outside of work, Scott is an avid golfer and a passionate fan of all Mississippi State University athletic teams. Additionally, he dedicates his time to supporting his two daughters in their school and studio dance teams, proudly embracing the role of a dance dad.
