Provided through Essential StaffCARE and IAG Benefits, enrollment is available during the application process and during open enrollment.
Holiday Pay: TempStaff employees who accrue 1,500 work hours without a four-week lapse in work and who are on assignment the day before and the day after the holiday are eligible to received holiday pay. Holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
401(k) Retirement Plan: TempStaff’s qualified retirement plan encourages employees to prepare for retirement by making pre-tax payroll contributions. In addition, TempStaff provides a matching contribution based on the percentage the employee defers. TempStaff employees must meet the minimum requirements of the plan, which include working a minimum of 12 months and 1,000 hours, to become eligible to participate in the 401(k) retirement program.
