Courtney joined the TempStaff family in 2017 as a Recruiter. Specializing in administrative and office support positions, Courtney enjoys working with individuals to help them achieve their career goals. A graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Public Relations, Courtney is skilled in recruiting the top talent in the Jackson area.
Before joining TempStaff in 2017, Michael was a specialist in the world of workforce development for 12 years. He was responsible for providing companies across the state with solutions to their workforce issues. Michael’s role with TempStaff as Talent Acquisition Manager allows him to use the skills he obtained over the years to help companies recruit for their high-skilled professional positions. Michael enjoys building relationships with job seekers and businesses to help each of them find their perfect match.
Michael graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He met his wife in college and they enjoy hanging out with their three crazy dogs. They also enjoy pulling for their old school, Ole Miss, through good times and bad. Michael believes few things in life can teach a Mississippian how to handle adversity quite like being a big fan of one of our state’s colleges.
We welcomed Alicia to our TempStaff family in 2017 as the Office Coordinator for our Jackson Office Support Division. She always has a smile to welcome guests to our offices.
A proud mom, you will often find her cheering on her son Jarrin. In her free time, Alicia enjoys relaxing with a good book.
Reneé has been working with TempStaff since 2011. A graduate of Mississippi College, and a social worker by training, she took a respite from working hospice and has been with us ever since. As our Marketing Coordinator, Reneé maintains our social media presence and coordinates the Sprout Initiative Program for TempStaff.
Reneé is a member of the 2015-16 Leadership Rankin class. A pastor’s wife, she has been married to Kevin for over 25 years. They are parents to two boys, Houston and Reese. She enjoys singing, baking and volunteering with Operation Christmas Child.
Lydia has been a part of the TempStaff family since 2004. As an Accounting Supervisor, she processes employee payroll and oversees the accounts receivables for TempStaff. She previously had over 15 years of experience as a customer service rep working in the commercial property and liability insurance fields, as well as in banking. Lydia’s attention to detail ensures employee checks are correct and that our clients’ accounts are always current.
Lydia never meets a stranger and loves getting to know those around her! On the weekends, you may spot her working for her family’s donut shop in Pearl. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids, taking care of her family and working in her yard. Thanks to her green thumb, all the TempStaff plants survive more than a week in our office.
If you’ve ever seen one of the TempStaff VW Bugs cruising around the Jackson area, Penny was most likely at the wheel. Since 2001, Penny has served as our business development manager. Her passion for meeting new people and developing staffing solutions for companies has been a key piece to TempStaff’s success. She is a member of the Madison Ridgeland Rotary Club and serves on the Greater Jackson Chamber of Commerce Chairman’s Council. Penny also serves on the boards for Crime Stoppers and Executive Women International.
Penny has been recognized as one of the 50 Leading Business Women in Mississippi and is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Mississippi. She loves to travel and was a flight attendant prior to joining TempStaff. In her free time, she enjoys Pilates and cycling, and spending time with her grandson, Bennett.
Penny has received her certification as a Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association.
Wendie joined the TempStaff team in 2015 as our Benefits Coordinator. She oversees all aspects of the TempStaff health and 401k retirement plans.
There is no such thing as free time for Wendie. She enjoys participating in local theater and has appeared in performances for Center Players, Black Rose Theater and Primrose Path Theater, where she is the director and board chair. She has also worked with the Mississippi Murder Mysteries Wanderers traveling acting troupe. Wendie is also a veteran of the United States Air Force where she proudly served for 12 years.
Wendie has received her certification as a Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association.
Tyrone has been part of the TempStaff family since 2010. He has extensive experience working in manufacturing and production environments. An on-site supervisor, you will find him each night checking to make sure our third shift employees arrive on time and are ready to work.
Tyrone loves vacationing with his family. Always quick to lend a helping hand, he will often step up for last-minute temporary assignments to ensure client needs are met.
While attending Hinds Community College, Jessica worked as a summer temp, and then interned in the TempStaff Accounting Department. In 2006, she began her permanent career as an Accounting Supervisor upon graduation from Mississippi State University. In 2013, she was promoted to the Controller, where she oversees the daily operations of the Accounting Department. She is involved with the Rankin County Chamber of Commerce and is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Rankin.
Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. When she’s not at work, you may find her relaxing at the beach or cheering for the Ole Miss Rebels!
Brooke has been with TempStaff since 2014. As a member of our Accounting Department, she works with our clients and employees to process weekly payroll.
Brooke is actively involved in her church’s children’s ministry, where she serves on the Children’s Committee. Brooke and her husband have two boys that keep her busy running between football and baseball games. She serves as the high school PTO president where she helps coordinate student activities and teacher appreciation events.
Seneca has been with TempStaff since 2012 as a Staffing Supervisor in our Canton office. Always with a smile on her face, she enjoys meeting both employees and clients. You will often see her around town serving as an Ambassador for the Canton Chamber of Commerce.
Seneca is a graduate of Mississippi State University where she was a proud member of the women’s basketball team. As a guard, she was awarded Best Defensive Player for the Bulldogs. She is a founding member of the Yazoo Youth Basketball League and serves on the Yazoo City Parks & Recreation Board. This has allowed her to share her passion for basketball with hundreds of children in the Yazoo City area. She is also a volunteer with the Boys and Girls Club.
Rosa began her career with TempStaff in July 2015 as a Staffing Supervisor for our McComb Office, serving the Pike and Lincoln County areas. Before joining TempStaff, she was an office manager for an oil company and an educator for Walthall County where she was voted Teacher of the Year by her students and parents.
Rosa enjoys trips to New Orleans to visit her mom and hanging out with her kids and grandchildren. When in need of a little peace and quiet, Rosa likes to immerse herself in a good book.
Jessica joined the TempStaff family in January 2013 and serves as the Branch Manager of our McComb Office. Her experience working in a medical office taught her patience and flexibility which are key traits needed to work in the staffing industry. As a member of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce, she enjoys meeting other business professionals and volunteering for Chamber events.
Most weekends, you’ll find Jessica at the family farm spending quality time with her children and grandchildren, where she enjoys the great Mississippi outdoors.
Jessica has received her certification as a Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association.
Tammie joined TempStaff in 2005 and serves at the Branch Manager for our Canton office. She is actively involved in the day-to-day operations and management of the Canton team members. Tammie has a passion to provide top-notch customer service to both clients and employees. As a member of the Canton Chamber of Commerce, she is actively involved with serving the Canton and Madison County area.
Tammie is a very proud mother of three young men that are in all stages of life, and is the grandmother of a beautiful granddaughter. Cheering from football stands, coordinating college life, cooking family dinners and being GramTam keeps her busy and fulfilled.
Angie has been a Staffing Supervisor in the Jackson Industrial Division since February 2013. She came to TempStaff seeking employment and ended up becoming a part of the TempStaff family. Prior to working with us, Angie was in the legal field for over 10 years working with both plaintiff and defense firms. Angie said, “Working with TempStaff gives me a sense of accomplishment. Helping customers meet their needs while helping individuals provide for their families gives me a sense of self-worth and the satisfaction of knowing I am helping to make a difference in people’s lives.”
She has been married over 27 years and has one daughter, 2 horses, 1 pony, 2 cats, a chocolate lab and a beloved Shih tzu named Winnie. In her spare time she likes to garden, go deep sea fishing with her husband, and repurpose/upcycle old furniture.
Joe joined TempStaff in 2015 with an extensive background in industrial sales and management. As an On-Site Supervisor, Joe enjoys working with our employees at a large manufacturing facility to ensure production goals are met.
An avid hunter, Joe enjoys spending his free time in the woods. He’s a graduate of Hinds Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in business administration.
Ashley joined TempStaff in November 2005 working for our Office Support Division, but now serves as a Staffing Supervisor with our Industrial Division. She attended Copiah Lincoln Community College and is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Rankin.
When visiting our Jackson Industrial Division, be prepared to sing. Ashley often leads the team in a little office karaoke. She married her high school sweetheart, Bradley, in 2012. When not at work, you may find her hunting, fishing, and spending time with her two young children.
Ashley has received her certification as a Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association.
Pam joined TempStaff in 2013 as a Staffing Supervisor in our Office Support Division. Pam has a passion to help others and finds great fulfillment in her role of staffing supervisor. She loves to meet people and learn about their job aspirations in order to assist them in finding a satisfying position. She also enjoys building relationships with TempStaff’s customers, while helping meet their needs as well. She loves connecting a great employee with a great customer! Pam enjoys representing TempStaff as an ambassador for the Pearl Chamber of Commerce and meeting people from all walks of life while working at job fairs.
Pam is a graduate of Atlanta Christian College. She and her husband are members of Pinelake Church in Clinton. During football season, you will find her in the stands at Ole Miss watching #43. She loves to spend time with family and friends. She is especially excited about her recent promotion to “grandmother” with the arrival of her grandson!
Christy started as a temporary employee with TempStaff in 2013 as an assembly worker. She was well respected by her peers and was eventually promoted to a team lead position. A night owl, she enjoys working the graveyard shift to ensure all is well with our employees working late into the night.
Christy is a proud mom and loves spending time with her kids. You’ll often find her cheering on the sidelines of many baseball, basketball or soccer games. Don’t let that sweet smile fool you! Christy also enjoys watching scary movies.
Debbie came to TempStaff as a temporary employee in September 2015. Her contagious smile quickly endeared her to our team and she joined us permanently in February 2016. She absolutely loves her job and tries to help everyone who walks through the door.
She loves spending time with her kids, listening to country music and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
Sonny actually began his career as a temporary employee working at a local manufacturing facility. He quickly earned the respect of his co-workers and proved himself as a leader. He joined the TempStaff team in 2013 as an On-Site Staffing Supervisor for our Industrial Division. As an On-Site Supervisor, Sonny works hand in hand with customers and clients to ensure the safety and productivity of TempStaff employees.
Sonny attended East Central Community College prior to joining TempStaff. Sonny likes to unwind by honing his marksmanship and archery skills. He is also an avid video gamer!
Terri has been with TempStaff since 2014 and enjoys every moment. She works as the Office Coordinator for the Clerical Division. If you have ever called or visited our corporate office, you’ve most likely been greeted by Terri. She graduated from Jackson State University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a minor in mathematics. She has previously worked with Catholic Charities, MS Families as Allies, and the Hinds County School District.
Terri is blessed with two amazing children and a wonderful husband. Her favorite past time is the time she spends with her family making wonderful memories, whether it’s traveling or just hanging out at home.
Since 2008, Crystal has worked in several roles while at TempStaff, but most enjoys working as our Risk & Safety Manager. She coordinates with client companies to ensure TempStaff employees are working in safe work environments. When an injury does occur, Crystal works with employees to make sure they receive proper and adequate care. She attended Mississippi University for Women and is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Rankin.
After having ventured off to Chicago for a few years, Crystal found her way back home to Mississippi. She’s a proud military mom to her son Dillon. Always the life of the party and office, Crystal enjoys a good road trip with friends.
Crystal has received her OSHA10 and OSHA30 certifications and is a Certified Staffing Professional by the American Staffing Association.
Melinda began her career with TempStaff in 1989 as a temporary employee at the TempStaff front desk. She went on to accept a permanent job as a Staffing Supervisor for the Office Support Division. For over 20 years, she has been the Office Support Division Manager, utilizing her staffing expertise to assist companies both large and small in achieving their human capital goals.
Melinda is an active member of the Madison City Chamber, where she has served as a board member, ambassador, and chairman of numerous committees. She is also actively involved the Capital Area Human Resource Association and has served as membership chairman and hospitality chairman. In her spare time, Melinda enjoys going to the golf course for a day in the sun or cooking and entertaining family and friends.
Melinda has received her certification as a Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association.
Dianne has been with TempStaff since 2005. She loves meeting new people every day and making a difference in people’s lives. She enjoys building relationships with companies and building their trust in making the best placement to fulfill their needs. She has a big heart and will do her best to make the customer and employee happy!
Dianne is an active member of First United Methodist Church in Clinton. She is active with the Clinton Community Development Foundation where she has served on the board of directors. She is a supporter of Understanding Dwarfism, a nonprofit organization that helps educate people on the many different forms of dwarfism. When not at work, Dianne enjoys being with her family and friends… and never misses out on a beach trip!
Dianne has received her certification as a Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association.
As the Applicant Coordinator for TempStaff, Kristin works with TempStaff’s many job seekers to make sure the application process goes as smoothly as possible. She enjoys talking to hundreds of people each month who are looking for a new career. After graduating from Mississippi College, Kristin became a member of the American Marketing Association.
Kristin is an avid reader and enjoys going to local coffee shops. She is also the office techie and is always quick to help out those needing a little IT assistance.
For Jamie, staffing is in her genes. As a second generation staffing professional, she grew up in the industry. Her first jobs included watering plants and filing. She went on to work as a summer receptionist and an accounting intern while enrolled in college. She is a graduate of Mississippi College with both her bachelor’s and masters degrees in Business Administration. Now the Vice President of Operations, Jamie oversees the financial and strategic planning aspects of TempStaff.
Jamie enjoys working in the community through various organizations. She is a member of the boards of directors for the Rankin Chamber and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mississippi. A graduate of Leadership Mississippi, Jamie has been recognized as a Top 10 Finalist for both the 50 Leading Business Women in Mississippi and Top 50 Under 40 by the Mississippi Business Journal. She and her husband Scott are the proud parents of two daughters. Jamie loves to travel and attend concerts. In the fall, you will find her cheering on the MSU Bulldogs.

Carolyn has been with TempStaff since its inception and has seen the evolution of the staffing industry over the years. As the Owner and President, Carolyn is the heartbeat of TempStaff. She is actively involved in the daily operations of the company, leading TempStaff to be the preeminent staffing company in Mississippi.
Carolyn has a passion for giving back to our community. She is actively involved on the boards for the Girl Scouts of Greater Mississippi, St. Dominic Hospital and RankinFirst. Carolyn has been recognized as one of the 50 Leading Business Women in Mississippi and Top 50 CEO’s in Mississippi along with numerous other honors. When not working or volunteering, you may find her playing with her grandkids or at the beach.
