TempStaff, Inc. was founded in 1981 and incorporated in the State of Mississippi.  Carolyn Boteler is President and Owner of TempStaff Office Support Division and Industrial Division as well as ExecuStaff, a Professional Division of TempStaff. 

TempStaff is a locally owned and operated staffing service.  We are certified as a woman-owned and managed Mississippi corporation by the Mississippi Development Authority and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.  Our reputation for quality service and commitment to our customers has allowed us to become one of the largest independently owned services in Mississippi. This independent status allows us to pass on savings to our customers.  TempStaff has international affiliation through our network of independent temporary staffing services association, TempNet.  Our association of more than 150 offices throughout the United States and Canada allows us to stay abreast of the latest information regarding the staffing industry.

From its inception, TempStaff specialized in clerical office support.  As our company grew and the work force changed, we discovered there was other labor needs to be met. As an extension of our customers’ personnel departments, TempStaff’s Permanent Placement Division was formed.  Value-added services in this division include reference checking, skill evaluations/enhancements and personality profiles.  To cover the full spectrum of employment, TempStaff incorporated the Industrial Division of our company in 1990, thus becoming a full-service firm.  To meet the market demands for professional placement, ExecuStaff was created as our Permanent Placement Division in 1999.  In July 2004, TempStaff opened a satellite office in Canton, Mississippi, to meet the needs of the growing Madison County area.
